DELIVERY & RETURNS


AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

*Australia Post is experiencing delivery delays due to COVID-19 and an increase in online shopping. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to receive your order. 

We use Australian Post for all domestic and international shipping orders.

See below postage fees and times: 

Standard AUSPOST shipping within Australia takes 2-6 Business Days $10.00
Express AUSPOST shipping within Australia takes 1-2 Business Days $15.00

KOZE is not liable for shipping delays that may incur via a postage third party.

In the case that an unforeseen postage delay occurs, the KOZE team will help resolve the issue immediately to the best of our ability with the customer and postage partner. KOZE is not liable for any lost or stolen parcel. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

International orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer a flat rate of AUD$40 for all international orders. 

Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge. KOZE is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office. 

RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, if the item is unused with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. 

You can return the item in the HERO PACKAGING satchel it was shipped to you in. Tear off one of the double adhesive strip's and you can re-use the bag to send back your return to us. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kozethelabel.com. If your return is accepted, we will advise further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
